We are very committed to serving our clients and strive to accommodate all our clients by making appointments available as soon as possible. When an appointment is reserved for you, we require that the appointment be cancelled by 1:00 pm the day prior to the appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will be happy to work with you in those situations.
A late cancellation/no show fee of $100 will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Please note most insurance carriers will not reimburse missed appointments and you will be solely responsible for paying for any missed or late canceled appointments (not just an insurance copay). A cancellation message may be left at (281 824-3288) or emailed to ([email protected]). A “No-Show” is considered 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Note: This policy may also apply to sessions provided by Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
*** You are financially responsible for the session missed unless you have given the proper notice. In the event there are three sessions cancelled late or no show, all future sessions will be cancelled. The no show or late cancellation fee must be paid before the next scheduled session. This fee is not covered by insurance.
Active participation in counseling increases your likelihood of achieving your treatment goals. The termination of our professional relationship may occur if you have not attended a counseling session appointment for greater than thirty days from your last appointment date. Once your case file is closed, there is a potential that if and when you want to resume counseling, I may not be available to provide you with services. In such a case, you may request a refer to another provider or contact your insurance company for assistance.
